Arthur Barbut

Managing Director

Arthur Barbut is the Managing Director & Business Animator at the Downtown Windsor Business Accelerator. He advises start-ups and small businesses on the multiple facets of starting and growing a business, enabling clients to realize their full potential as entrepreneurs.

Arthur is also in the process of completing his doctorate studies in business, with a focus on entrepreneurship. He is passionate about using his practical and academic insights to help develop innovative ecosystems that allow entrepreneurs to prosper. His philosophy is rooted in collaboration generated through network theory and social capital theory.

Siddique Sheikh

Program Manager

Siddique graduated from the University of Windsor with an Honours Business Administration degree with a concentration in Marketing. At the university Siddique was heavily involved with an organization Enactus Windsor, which supports and fosters entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and environmental sustainability through self-started projects in the Windsor-Essex area.

Siddique is implementing the high school outreach program for the Accelerator that emphasizes the importance of entrepreneurship and it’s viability as a career choice. The program delivery’s the most up-to-date theories and tools about entrepreneurship and will be facilitated by young entrepreneurs from Windsor-Essex. The program has reach over 3,000 students since its inception in the Windsor-Essex area. Siddique also works on programs for the entrepreneurs housed in the Accelerator to help them grow and expand their businesses.

Siddique moved to Windsor to attend university four years ago and in his short time here has witnessed the positive change entrepreneurship can achieve. He is excited to be part of the continuous positive change taking place and believes entrepreneurship and the Accelerator will be play a large role in that effort.

Lori McCall

Office Manager

Lori McCall is the owner of McCall Administrative Consulting and is the Office Manager at the Downtown Windsor Business Accelerator. She has a long career in office management, finance and supervision. Her varied background affords her the ability to provide support to the tenants and to the Managing Director. As a Windsor native, Lori believes that this city can do amazing things and is thrilled to be a part of this innovative organization.
